Description
This is a very nice three-room apartment with a beautiful position overlooking the bay of Bergeggi. It is on two floors: the lower floor consists of a large living room with kitchenette, equipped with every comfort, sofa bed, first bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace with panoramic sea view.
The upper floor has two double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed and without a door), a second bathroom with a shower and an adjoining terrace to hang the laundry; finally a lovely loft with two single beds.
The apartment can be rented for up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Animals are not allowed.
Rates include utilities and final cleanings, bed linen and towels (weekly change) outside swimming pool, 1 free entrance at the SPA of 2 hours (only for adults and for stays of minimum 7 nights), 1 hour of tennis court (only for stays of minimum 3 nights), free entrance at the gym, wifi and parking. Private beach (with fee).
Check-in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check out by 10:00 am. A late check-in by 9.00 pm will be possible on the condition of informing the reception. In case of arrival after 9:00 pm and maximum until 11:00 pm an extra charge of 30,00 euro will be required.
